About The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI):
The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting equal access to education for underserved communities. Through programs like Language Connect for Ukraine and upskilling initiatives, we’re creating meaningful impact worldwide.

We are looking for a Volunteer Community Manager to help us strengthen our online presence by engaging with our growing community on Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms.

Please Note:

This is a non-paid volunteer role , but the experience you’ll gain and the impact you’ll make are invaluable.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with our community by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries on Instagram and Telegram.
  • Reach out to relevant channels, groups, and influencers to promote TEEI’s mission and programs.
  • Help grow our audience by fostering meaningful conversations and collaborations.
  • Monitor messages and conversations, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with TEEI’s marketing team to share feedback from the community and enhance outreach strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate about education, social impact, and making a difference.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Telegram, and other social platforms.

  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience in community management or social media engagement is a plus, but not required.
