About the Role:
A well-established regional CPA firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a minimum of three days in the office each week.

Responsibilities:

Lead multiple engagements, taking full responsibility for their success and timely delivery.
Offer expert Tax Compliance, Research, and Consulting services for corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of tax specialists, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
Develop and present tailored tax planning strategies for a diverse range of middle-market clients.
Stay current on developments in domestic and international tax issues through research and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also growing new client connections.
Qualifications:

CPA certification required.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting.
Extensive experience in tax review and broad knowledge of various taxation areas.
Strong expertise in Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, and High Net-Worth taxation.
Experience with Trusts & Estates taxation is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in a Tax Manager role.
