The Real Estate Paralegal supports attorneys in all stages of real estate transactions, including purchasing, selling, leasing, and financing properties. The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, conducting title searches, managing closings, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The paralegal also communicates with clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions. This position requires a thorough understanding of real estate law, attention to detail, strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, multitasking capabilities, and professionalism. Confidentiality is key given the sensitive information and case details. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate law and be capable of managing complex transactions with minimal supervision.
