Shift: Shift is Mon – Fri 6:30am – 2pm

Are you a Quality Assurance leader with USDA & FDA expertise who thrives in a hands-on environment? Do you have food manufacturing experience and a deep understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and process controls ? If so, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Lead & manage the QA team on your shift , ensuring all quality and food safety programs are executed effectively.
✔ Be on the production floor — not stuck in a corporate office —working directly with plant operations to maintain compliance & drive quality improvements .
✔ Oversee HACCP programs, SQF certification, customer audits, and USDA/FDA regulations .
✔ Conduct pre-operational & operational inspections , manage pest control, sanitation, and microbiological testing .
✔ Work closely with the Plant Manager & Sanitation Team to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant facility .
✔ Investigate & resolve customer complaints by implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of QA experience in a food manufacturing environment.
🔹 Strong HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and SOP knowledge .
🔹 USDA & FDA experience —you know the regulations inside and out!
🔹 Hands-on leadership —this is a production-focused role , not a desk job!
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (preferred).
🔹 HACCP & SQF Certifications (a plus).
🔹 Strong Microsoft Excel & data analysis skills .
🔹 Problem-solver & strategic thinker —you take initiative and get things done!
