Job Posting: Janitorial Position – Evening Shift

Locations: Fairfield & Blue Ash, Ohio

Job Type: 1099 Contract (First 90 Days) | Option to Transition to Part-Time or Full-Time

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 3 Days a Week | 6-8 Hour Shifts

Shift Hours: Start at 5:30 PM | End Time Varies (12:00 AM - 2:00 AM)

Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented, experienced janitorial professional to perform cleaning duties for commercial and industrial spaces. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces

Maintain restrooms by replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness

Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste

Follow detailed cleaning checklists and instructions provided by supervisors

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards within the scheduled time frame

Communicate effectively with management regarding supply needs, maintenance issues, or concerns

Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial experience required
• Reliable form of transportation to and from each facility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Strong communication skills to report issues or updates to supervisors

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

💰 Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

📑 1099 Contract Position for the First 90 Days

📈 After 90 Days: Contractors will have the option to transition to a W-9 position with an immediate raise and opportunities for part-time or full-time employment
