Your Role at a Glance:

  • Customer Acquisition & Growth: Prospect for new business in industrial and municipal accounts, while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate clients on wastewater compliance using consultative techniques, offering unique perspectives on our services and value.
  • Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring exceptional communication and service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies, including revenue potential estimates, client decision analyses, and action plans for achieving growth.
  • Bid and Project Management: Working collaboratively with internal Operations and other support teams, prepare bids, manage resources, and oversee project execution to meet customer needs and deliver profitable results.
  • CRM Leadership: Document all interactions, quotes, and outcomes in Salesforce to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial or municipal sales, with a focus on wastewater management.
  • Skills: Knowledge of wastewater compliance and bid preparation for municipal accounts.
  • Drive: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels in consultative selling.
  • Ability to travel locally, within geographic territory, up to 50%
