About the Role:

As a Google Ads & Paid Social Media Specialist at Ceramic Pro, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll play a key role in executing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation and conversion campaigns, driving ROI, and continuously improving ad performance. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies, integrate ads with our CRM, and ensure the ongoing growth of our paid media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Remarketing).
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and targeting to drive maximum conversions.
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to refine campaign targeting.
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to improve cost efficiency and lead quality.
  • Optimize landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate tracking setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking pixels.

Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Ads:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Design and test ad creatives—videos, carousels, and static ads—to maximize engagement.
  • Use advanced audience targeting strategies (Lookalike, Custom Audiences, and Interest-Based) to reach potential Ceramic Pro customers.
  • Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance, targeting, and messaging.

Lead Conversion & CRM Integration:

  • Work with the CRM system to ensure effective lead capture, tracking, and nurturing.
  • Focus on lead quality and optimize conversion rates based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align ad campaigns with customer touchpoints and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to engage warm leads and push them further down the conversion funnel.

Reporting & Strategy Development:

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on ad performance, ROI, and insights.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements in ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Stay current with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads best practices and implement innovative strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page performance analysis.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Spiro, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.) and lead tracking.
  • Ability to design and optimize creative assets for diverse ad platforms.
  • Previous experience with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-team collaboration.
