What You'll Do:

Orchestrate Freight Movement: Coordinate and manage shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both shippers and carriers to foster long-term partnerships.
Negotiate Winning Deals: Negotiate competitive freight rates while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay informed about industry regulations, including FDA regulations, to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service to our clients.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Streamline Operations: Utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring:

Proven Experience: Strong background in logistics sales and transportation sales, with a proven track record of success.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant industry regulations is highly desirable.
Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
