We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic Field Sales Representatives to help grow the rapidly emerging adult alternative beverage category.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with accounts in your territory and driving our market presence. You’ll need a go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and innovation. The role requires you to be agile, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges with enthusiasm.

Reports To: Texas Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to drive market penetration and achieve sales targets for our beer and hemp-based cannabis products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as retailers, distributors, and partners.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and educate customers on the features, benefits, and uses of both beer and cannabis beverages.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to retailers and distributors, showcasing the unique selling points of our products.
  • Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and product updates.
  • Manage and prioritize your territory, ensuring regular visits and follow-ups with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategize to grow the customer base.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Offer valuable feedback to marketing and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the sale and distribution of alcohol and cannabis products.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role or a similar position.
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Karma, VIP, iDig, Lilypad) and other sales tools.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for learning and understanding the intricacies of BCH/8W products, as well as knowledge of beer, spirits, and hemp-based cannabis.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including attending events.
  • Professional appearance and behavior in customer interactions.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an insured vehicle. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of state.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Requirements :

• Lift 55 lbs from ground to shoulder high

• Lift 110 lbs from ground to waist high and moving 150 lbs along the floor

• Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders

• Work in warehouse style settings

• Work safely with chemicals

• Work safely in loud environments
