Purpose:

Be the friendly, approachable face of PayeLoad, ensuring customers feel supported, heard, and helped with any issues they encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Proactive Check-Ins: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and anticipate potential problems before they escalate.
  • Issue Navigation: Help customers navigate challenges, whether it’s understanding services, resolving delivery issues, or coordinating with other teams to find solutions.
  • Retention Focus: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Information Relay: Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, providing insights on recurring issues to help improve processes.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
