Job Description

Triumph Properties Group is a family office based in Beverly Hills with investments in both commercial real estate investment and development as well as all alternative investments including venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, stocks, and bonds. We are a looking for a versatile and dynamic entry level analyst to assist in analysis of real estate acquisitions and developments, asset management, property management, and family office alternative investments. Responsibilities include:

1. Prepare financial models in Excel for new acquisitions and developments including analysis of alternative debt

scenarios and sensitivity analysis for various underwriting assumptions

2. Conduct Market analysis, competitor surveys and review Costar / Axiometrics market research

3. Assist in due diligence including maintaining due diligence checklist, leases analysis, coordination of third parties,

escrow and title

4. Maintain and update deal tracker

5. Interact with sales brokers, sellers, and owners for all relevant deal information for acquisitions.

6. Maintain dropbox of closing binders, property information and other family office information.

7.. Interface with family’s investments and due diligence new alternative investment opportunities

8. Monitor performance of existing portfolio and generate quarterly reports for partners.

9. Assist the asset management team with competitive analysis.

10. Assist partners in other miscellaneous family office requirements.

Job Requirements

1. BA Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Accounting

2. 0-2 years relevant work experience preferred and / or internships in commercial real estate, wealth management, or investments advisory

3. Highly proficient in excel preparing financial models

4. Strong organizational and analytical skills

5. Versatile, detail oriented, strong work ethic and flexible
